How to create geometric blocks using Galeria Acrylic flourescent colours

Step 1

Draw a 6-block geometric composition. Using a large flat soft brush, paint block 1 Fluorescent Yellow (two layers). Allow to dry fully.

Step 2

Apply tape on inside edge of Fluorescent Yellow block – and all around the next block. Press gently and seal tape edge by brushing Matt Medium. Paint block 2 Fluorescent Orange (three layers). Allow to dry.

Step 3

Gently remove tape on right-hand edge of Fluorescent Orange block – and retape next block. Press gently and seal tape. Paint block 3 Fluorescent Blue (four layers). Allow to dry

Step 4

Gently remove all tape except for tape on Fluorescent Yellow block. Retape centre square block. Press gently and seal tape. Paint block 4 Fluorescent Green (four layers). Allow to dry.

Step 5

Gently remove the small strip of tape above Fluorescent Green block. Retape top centre square block. Press gently and seal tape. Paint block 5 Fluorescent Red (four layers). Allow to dry.

Step 6

Gently remove vertical strip to the right of the Fluorescent Red and Green blocks. Retape final block 6. Press gently and seal tape. Paint block Fluorescent Pink (four layers). Allow to dry. Remove all tape.
