Handcrafted using the finest interlocked Chungking bristles, the natural curve of the bristle provides excellent spring and is extremely resilient, retaining its shape far longer than other brushes. The brushes are stiff, the bristles naturally flagged (i.e. split at the ends) allowing large amounts of colour to be carried and applied evenly to the surface.

I’ve been painting in oils

"I’ve been painting in oils about ten years and lately concentrating on portraiture and a few of my brushes were feeling tired. For the price these brushes suited my painting style exactly, the smaller ones for details holding sufficient paint and if used judiciously are giving me exactly what I wanted from the bristles. I’ll be replacing more as my older brushes wear out."
