"I initially bought the Winsor and Newton watercolour paint tubes but now I’m loving this studio set. They are easy to activate with a water sprayer, they are in small containers but the colours are strong and easily diluted and compared to the tubes, this has less waste. The only downside is the delivery. They use SEUR. SEUR for some reason did not deliver my order to La Linea, Spain, 11300. Instead, it was delivered at a pick up point at the outskirts of Algeciras. It’s 45-minute bus ride from La Linea and 15 mins taxi ride. It was a waste of time. Hope in my next order they will use another courier."

Faulty case that has an

"Faulty case that has an unforgiving clasp that renders the case almost impossible to open. Expensive for what it is . Paid for express postage on 29th Dec but it wasn't actually posted till 5th Jan. Have not been refunded the extra paid ."

Impossible to open.

"I bought the studio set and would love to use it, but it is impossible to open. This must be a problem for W&N as there are dozens of ticktok and you tube videos on the subject. Please just go back to the metal boxes. This is ridiculous."
